The shape of the spiritual world is more legal than anything else. And this idea is littered all through scriptures. “Come let us reason together…” “God is a righteous judge…” “Satan is the accuser of the brethren” “Jesus is our advocate…making intercession for us” Even the idea of “prayer” is legal. To pray is to appeal to a legal court…to seek an injunction in a matter.
Last week we started talking about the foundations of Jesus Christ. The foundations of Jesus Christ. And we said that Jesus Christ is our cornerstone. Is our cornerstone? Is the what? Is the is the place is the person from which we all take our bearing. Is our cornerstone? Jesus is our cornerstone. And what's the idea of a cornerstone? What's the idea of a cornerstone? What's the idea of a cornerstone? I want we want to know if support and direction is the first thing. Is the first thing you place and it determines the direction of the building. If you if you want your building to face northeast and you don't mix your cornerstone face northeast, you just find out that your your building is facing a different direction. And we say that that same idea, and your cornerstone has to be perfect. What determines how much load that building can carry, how high it can be. The cornerstone. So don't take them for don't take them for granted. The the work of redemption is the cornerstone of our Christianity. You can learn about giving, we said, you can learn about tithing, you can learn about love, you can learn about all these other fanciful things which are great and important. But if all these things are not founded on the work of redemption, if your understanding of the work of redemption is not exact and intact, every other thing you put on it will come crashing down. The work of redemption is the cornerstone of our Christianity. And we said that the work of redemption is divided into how many parts? Four parts. Yes, yes, four parts. And what are the four parts?
SPEAKER_00Expit expiation expiation, uh-huh.
SPEAKER_01Propitiation, justification, and sanctification. I'm gonna be asking you. This is this is but we're not here to play, we're here to we're here to learn at the feet of Jesus. So let's let's let's stay on it. Actually, there's a fifth one, which is glorification. It's glorification, but we we are not including it in this teaching, it's glorification, but the work of redemption, uh, of course, you see in uh I think it's Romans chapter chapter eight, romans chapter eight, romans chapter eight, and verse, yes, romans chapter eight, verse thirty. Moreover, whom he predestined, these he also called, whom he called, these he also justified, and whom he justified, these he also glorified. Romans chapter 8, verse 30. So there's that glorification there, but we're not included in in this teaching. So, what is expi expiation? Yes, the removal of sin to be taken away. Bible says, Beyond the Lamb of God, who does what? Who takes away the sin of the world? Beyond the Lamb of God, who takes it so expiation is the removal of sin through the blood. Expiation is the removal of sin through the blood. What is propitiation? Turning away the anger of spirits through appeasements with a sacrifice. You better listen. This is important. You better listen. You hear what we are going to talk about today. This is important. You have to know it. You have to know it. This is what makes you a solid Christian. This is what this is what makes you a solid Christian. You have to know it. Propitiation is the turning away of the anger of spirits through a sacrifice. What type of sacrifice? Yeah, the sacrifice has to be gruesome. You remember the story of the king in first first Kings chapter, um, second Kings chapter 3, verse 26 to 27. You know, the king of Moab, when when the battle was was turned, the battle was turned because why um he sacrificed the son on the wall? God was with the children of listen to this. God was with the children of Israel. God was fighting for the children of Israel, and that man did not sacrifice his son to the most high God. Are you here? Are you hearing what I'm saying? Because God does not take the sacrifice of human blood. God does not take the sacrifice of human blood. So the king of Moab, when he sacrificed his son on the wall, it was not sacrificing to the Yahweh God, to our God, it was sacrificing to a different God. Yet, even our God recognized that sacrifice as so potent that he cannot let the children of Israel prevail over him. I don't know if you're hearing what I'm saying. He recognized that this man has sacrificed so much that the creature they have to go back, they have to go back if they don't want to lose this battle. They turned, the battle turned. Why? Because the man made he created he gave a gruesome sacrifice, not to God, that sacrifice is not to God. God does not take the sacrifice of human beings, he sacrificed to a different God, but that sacrifice was so gruesome and so potent that it turned, it turned the victory on his behalf. So the sacrifice, the spirit's um, the sacrifice, the anger of spirit must be appeased by gruesome sacrifice. And God, why must God's anger be appeased? Because this the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. When God sees sin, he has to judge it, he has to judge it. It's it's in his nature, he has to judge sin and he has to judge sin by death. So it is that it is that um um judgment that is turned away by the judgment that was meted unto Jesus on the cross. Yes, Jesus took that judgment, that judgment of sin, because the Bible says it became sin for us. You see, it became sin for us so that we might become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, right? So when it became sin, all that judgment was placed upon him, was placed upon him. So that is propitiation. That is propitiation, it is the turning away of the anger of spirits through appeasement. So what's expi expiation again? What's expiation? Removal of sins, removal of sins. What's propitiation? Turning away of wrath. Yes, turning just you don't have to find you don't have to get the perfect definition, it's just turning away of wrath, turning away of wrath, expiation is removal of sin, right? Propitiation is what turning away of wrath. Very important. This is the work of redemption on which your confidence, my confidence must be founded. Yes, this is the work of redemption on which your confidence and my confidence must be founded. If you're on your phone, I expect that you are taking notes. I expect that you'll be taking notes. And what was the application of all of the things we learned last week? We said that if the father of spirits is not angry with us, then all these lesser minions, all these lesser spirits have no right to be angry with us, right? Because the father of spirit, its anger has been turned. God is the father of spirits, and if his anger has been turned, these lesser spirits have no right, they have no jurisdiction to be angry with us. So this understanding even gives you boldness in the place of prayer. It gives you boldness in the place of prayer, it gives you boldness in the place of prayer. You see, that God is not angry with you. You you see God as your father, he's not angry with you. That's the application. Alright, today we want to move on to the third wrong of this walk of redemption. Want to move on to the third wrong of this walk of redemption. Expiation is the first one. What's the second one? Propitiation. Say it's not a tongue twister. I know that expiation is a little bit of a tongue twister. So we have expiation, we have propitiation, and then the third one is what justification. Justification. The third one is justification. So we're looking at justification today. Justification is a legal declaration of our freedom from the consequence of sin. Justification is a legal declaration of our freedom. If you take notes, you'll be able to contribute during when we're doing recap next time. Justification is a legal declaration of our freedom from the consequence of sin. You see, I will underline legal legal declaration. I will underline that. So we know that expiation is the removal of sin, propitiation is the satisfaction of the wrath of God, and we know that justification is the legal declaration. There can be no justification without expiation and propitiation. There can be no justification without the remover of sin. Remember, God is so righteous, he's so holy, it cannot be old sin. So there can be no justification in the sight of God if sin has not been removed, if sin has not been dealt with. And of course, you cannot approach a God that is mad at you. You cannot approach a God that is what that is mad at you. So without expiation, the removal of sin, and without propitiation, the satisfaction of the wrath of God, there can be no justification in the sight of God. There can be no justification in the sight of God. So expiation and propitiation precedes justification. In justification, you are given a paper declaring you free. You are given a paper declaring you what? Free. And it's a legal thing. You see, once we trusted Christ for the forgiveness of our sins, God has to respond to our faith. God has to respond to our faith and do what He promised. That is, actually declare our sins to be forgiven. So once I place my faith in Christ, God has to then respond to my faith and then declare that my sins are forgiven. And this must be a legal declaration stating that we are completely forgiven and no longer liable to be to punishment. Yes. It must be a legal thing stating that we are completely forgiven and we are no longer liable to punishment. Yes, that is what justification is. A legal thing that declares us free from punishment. Free from punishment. The right understanding of justification is absolutely understand on the line absolutely, absolutely essential for your faith as a Christian. This this was this, of course, you may know this or you may not. You know what the Protestant movement was? The Protestant Reformation Movement, which was started by Martin Luther. Um, it was it was part of the Catholic Church, and then he stumbled on you know Galatians. He stumbled on this book of Galatians, which we're going through in our um Bible study, stumbled on it and said, It's righteousness by faith in Christ alone. And you know, the Roman Catholic Church back then, you had to pay for penance, you know, you had to pay for it. The world was a theocratic society then, it was a theocracy being led by the Pope, right? That that was that was the the state of things then, and so the way that the the world and the the pope maintained their grip on the places where they had rule was by you know payment for penance and you know all these religious rites and that they had to do, and then Martin Luther came along and said, No, we don't have to do that, we don't have to do that, we don't have to do that. It is by faith in Christ alone, and that was the beginning of the reformation, the the Protestant Reformation, the fact that we are justified by faith in Christ alone. Many people died for this. I don't know if you're hearing what I'm saying. This idea of justification, many people died for it, so you better understand it. Many people lost their lives for it. So it's important that we understand it. It is at the very heart of our Christian faith. Let's look at a few Bible verses. Let's start from Romans chapter 8, verse 30. That we started talking about. It says, Moreover, whom he predestined, these he also called, whom he called, this he also justified, and whom he justified, he also what? Glorified. Romans chapter 8, verse 30. Says, moreover, whom he predestined, this he also called, whom he called, this he also justified, and whom he justified, these he also glorified. You can see here that Paul is establishing the process, what has to precede justification. He establishes that only those that have been called can be justified, only those that have been what called can be justified. This calling, this calling that the Paul is talking about here is the calling of the gospel, is the call of the gospel, is the call of the gospel, is the call of the gospel saying that see, Jesus has died for your sins. Jesus has died. That was the call, that's the call. Those he has called, only those that have responded positively to the call of the gospel can be justified. Somebody say amen. Only the people that have responded positively to the call of the gospel can be justified. If you have not responded positively to the call of the gospel, justification is not in view for you. Justification is not in view. So it is those who have responded to the call. That's why the Bible says that the gift and the callings of God are without repentance. The gifts and the callings of God, Romans 11, verse 29. The gifts and the callings of God are without repentance. This calling, this gift and the calling is not anointing. I know people interpret that scripture, Romans 11 30 29, as oh, the gift and the calling of God. Once God anoints you, He has anointed you. Romans 11 29. They say, Ah, once God anoints you, you are already anointed. So um the gift of the and because you cannot do anything, God will not take his gift from you. No, not really. That's not taking that. That's not what is that passage is primarily saying. The gifts and the callings of God are are irrevocable. He's saying that the calling of God, Jesus has already died. Jesus is the gift of God to the world. Are you hearing what I'm saying? For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. So the gift and the callings of God that are without repentance is that Jesus has already died. God cannot undo that. Are you understanding? That Jesus has already died, God has already given Jesus to the world, he has already died for the sins of the old world, and God cannot undo that. He cannot undo that. The gift and the callings of God, and if you read the preceding verse here and the subsequent verses here, you will understand that it's clearly talking about Jesus. That the gifts and the callings of God are without so it is those who have responded positively to the calling of God that can be justified. I'm trying to show you the prerequisite. How do how do we I'm trying to show you doctrinally how we get to this idea of justification? So Jesus has already died, he has already died. God cannot undo it. That is God can no longer change his mind now. He's without repentance, he cannot revoke that thing that has happened. Let's answer another question. Who is the justifier? We're talking about justification as one of the cornerstones of our Christian faith. Who is the justifier? Romans chapter 3, verse 26. Romans chapter 3, verse 26. Romans chapter 3, verse 26. Look at what it says. To demonstrate at the present time is righteousness that it might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in him. That it might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in him. So who is the justifier? God is the justifier. God is the justifier. That to prove, to demonstrate at the present time is righteousness, that it might be just and the justifier of those who are faithful. That is what he's saying that if God does not justify us, it would not be just. God had to justify us for him to be a just God. I'm gonna show us in Romans chapter 5. Let's go to Romans chapter 5. Let's start reading from verse 12. Romans chapter 5, and let's start reading from verse 12. God had to justify us for him to be just. Are you understand what I'm saying? God had to justify. That is, this thing is this thing is not that it's not is not a matter of uh God being nice. Like I told us last week, the forgiveness of sin and the removal of sin is not a matter of God, is not a matter of niceness, it's not a matter of kindness. No, God does not forgive us because he's kind, because he's he's nice to us. No, he forgives us because of what has happened legally. Romans chapter 5. Let's start reading from verse 12. Is this verse 12? Wherefore, but as by one man's sin, look at it, we're gonna see now, as by one man's sin, as by one man, sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. Continue. For until the law, sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Keep going. Nevertheless, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that have not sinned, after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. Continue, verse 15, but not as the offense, so also is the free gift. So it's saying that Adam sinned and everybody inherited sin. Oh, so if God is going to be just, then somebody must be righteous and everybody should be able to inherit righteousness. Adam sinned, everybody inherited sin. For God to be a righteous judge, somebody must become righteous, and everybody must have the ability to inherit righteousness. The same way, he says, but uh not as the offense, so also is the free gift. Who is the gift? Who is the gift now? Jesus. Jesus is the gift. You see that? For if through the offense of one many be dead, much more the grace of God and the gift by grace, which is by one man, who Jesus Christ. Keep going, and abandoned unto many. Let's go to the next verse, verse 16. And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offenses unto what?
unknownJustification.
SPEAKER_01Justification. Continue. Verse 17. For if by one man's offense death reigned by one, see the argument this man is making. If by one man's offense, death reigned by one, much more. Somebody say, much more. Much more. They which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by who? By Jesus Christ. Let's look at verse 18. Therefore, as by the offense of one, judgment came upon all men to condemnation, even so, by the righteousness of one, the free gift came upon all men unto what?
unknownJustification.
SPEAKER_01Justification of life. Be bold, be bold about you. There's nothing to be to be timid about. By unto all men, unto what? Justification of life. Yes. When you are reading the word of God, you have to be bold. You have to put the word of God in your mouth. Let's look at the last verse, verse 19. For as by one man's disobedience, who was that one man?
unknownAdam.
SPEAKER_01Okay, Adam. Many were made what? Sinners. So by the obedience of one, who is that one now? Jesus. Jesus, shall many be made what? Righteous. That's the argument. That is, if when Adam sinned, I inherited his sin. Then when Jesus came and was righteous, was obedient to God, I should be able to also inherit his righteousness. That is what God that is what makes God just. So he has to justify us for him to be just. For him to be just. What now? From what we just read, what is the opposite of justification? Is what condemnation? Please let's give it a round of applause. I think I should buy you one chick filet. The opposite of justification is condemnation. It's condemnation. It's condemnation. And what is the instrument of justification? Romans chapter 3, verse 28. Romans chapter 3, verse 28. Let's look at the instrument of justification. Romans 3 verse 28. Is he on the screen? Okay, let's read together. Everybody want to go. Therefore, we conclude that a man is justified by faith. Without the deeds of the law. Let's read it one more time, everybody. Therefore, we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. Now, what is the instrument of justification here? It's right there. What's the instrument of justification? Faith. How dare you say the law?
SPEAKER_00My faith.
SPEAKER_01What's the instrument of justification? Faith. Faith. That is the instrument of justification. And the works of the law, the deeds of the law that he's talking about here, the deeds of the law here, is not talking about the laws of God. It's talking about the mosaic law. Do you know the difference between the law of God and the mosaic law? The law of God, that's the one that the Ten Commandments that God gave Moses. That was not abolished. Do you understand what I'm saying? So when you say, Oh, we're not under grace, we're no longer under the law. We are not under grace. Well, the Ten Commandments were not abolished. In fact, if the Ten Commandments were abolished, we will be, I mean, we'll be living in a very chaotic society. The society is founded on the laws of God. So the laws of God are not abolished. It's the mosaic law. Those 600 and something plus laws, that's the what we're talking about here. When we say justification is not by the dates of the law, it's not by the mosaic moral laws. Wash your hands, and shave your beards, don't use tattoo, don't do this, um, come like this, and go like that, sacrifice that, then six of the no justification does not come by that. It is what by faith. What's the instrument of justification now? Faith. Somebody say faith. Yes, that's the instrument. That's the instrument of justification. And what is the result of justification? I'm showing you so that your faith can be sure. So you can know who justified you, you can know by whom you are justified. Now, what is the result of justification? Romans chapter 5, that we just read. But let's look at verse 1 and verse 2. We want to look at the result of justification. What is the result of justification? Romans chapter 5, verse 1 and 2. Thank you. Therefore, everybody, let's read together. Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. By whom also we have access. Somebody say access. Access by what? By faith into his grace, wherein we stand and rejoice in hope for the glory of God.
unknownHallelujah.
SPEAKER_01Amen. Go back to verse 1. Therefore, being justified by faith, we have what? Peace with God. What's the result of justification? Peace with God. Peace with God. Somebody say amen. The result of justification is peace with God. Peace with God. Justification gives us assurance that we know our tomorrow will be alright because God is not angry with us anymore.
unknownAmen.
SPEAKER_01Peace with God. That's the result of justification. Now let's define it again. Give you one definition earlier. What's the definition I gave you earlier? Justification is what? Legal declaration. There you go. Let me give you another definition. So what is justification? Justification is an instantaneous legal act of God. Is an instantaneous legal act of God in which he, one, thinks of our sin as forgiven and Christ's righteousness belonging to us. An instantaneous legal act of God, in which he, number one, thinks of our sins as forgiven and Christ's righteousness as belonging to us. And number two, he declares us to be righteous in his sight. Justification is what? A legal act by which God instantaneously thinks of our sins as forgiven and Christ's righteousness belonging to us. And two, it declares us as what? As righteous before him. Declares us as righteous in his sight. To justify is to declare righteous. But to him who does not walk, but believes on him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness. That is justification. God imputing Christ's righteousness into you. You must know justification. If you can't explain justification, you are not permitted to get married in this church. If you cannot explain justification, no marriage, we won't sign your marriage register. If you cannot explain sanctification, you are not even allowed to desire having children. I mean, what are you going to preach to them now? We have to ask you, what are you going to preach to them? He's serious. He's serious. God wants godly children. That is, you are going to be the pastor of your children. No pastor is qual is more qualified to pastor your children than you are. I'm saying that I am inferior to the pastor you should be to your children. Yes. No pastor can pastor my children. Myself and my wife, we are the primary pastors of our children. So we must know, we must know redemption. What are you going to preach them? Preach to them. What are you going to show them? That's why I said, if you don't understand, you you don't know just you and you want to get married and you don't know justification. Maybe that's the first thing we do in our um marriage cancel it. Explain justification. If a guy is not justification, I'll say, Come back, come back next week after you've after you know what justification is. So justification is what? It's a legal act. It's a legal act. See, the realm of the spirit operates on a legal basis. This is something many Christians don't understand. The realm of the spirit, what the spirit world operates on a legal basis. The shape of the spiritual world, the shape of the spiritual world is more legal than anything. I know you've seen all these pictures that you know has God, has Jesus hanging on clouds, you know, and angels with trumpets like this. There are there are three angels on this side and three angels on this side, and Jesus is sitting and and and is on the clouds. That's not the shape of the spirit world. That's all fantastical. That's that's not the shape. The shape of the spirit world is a is judge, is a courtroom. That's the shape of the spirit world. The shape of the spirit world is not clouds, and it's literal through the scriptures. I don't know why people miss it. It's literally through the scriptures. The Bible tells us that God is a righteous judge. It tells us that Satan is what the accuser of the brethren. It the Bible tells us that come, let us reason together. That's that's caught language. Come, let us reason together. You see, bring your strong reasons. This is caught language, it's literally true scriptures that the shape of the spirit world is what? Legal. It's legal. Jesus is our advocate. That's legal language. Even the idea of prayer is a legal language. Do you understand what I'm saying? To pray, to pray is to seek a court for an injunction on a matter. That's the idea of prayer. They still use prayer in court today. They use prayer legally in court. I prayed. So the idea of prayer is to seek a legal injunction from a judge, from a higher court, on a matter. The spirit word is legal more than anything. It's not clouds and and and rainbows. No. You make your case and things like that. You see? So, this is what happened in the courts of heaven. Evidence was presented. The accuser of the brethren presented his evidence. The defendants, you and I, also presented our case. Our advocate was Jesus Christ. And God passed the judgment. And he said, You are justified. He said, It's just as if you didn't do it. But you and you know you did it. But why did God say it's just as if you didn't do it? Because he was looking at the blood of your advocate. Hebrews chapter 9, verse 12. Hebrews chapter 9, verse 12. He was looking at the blood of your advocate. Look at what Hebrews chapter 9, verse 12 says. Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with his own blood, he entered the most holy place. Once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with his own blood. He entered where? Into the holy place. Having obtained what? Eternal redemption for all. Justification is because God sees the blood of Jesus. Justification is not about the kindness of God, it is a legal thing. And as I was preparing this message, the Holy Spirit minister to me that there may be one of us here today that, you know, you've done something really bad in the past. You've done something really bad. You've done something really bad. Something that when you think about it, you are it brings you shame and it's even weighing upon your heart, even now. It weighs upon your heart. The guilt of that thing is like a burden to you. Well, the Lord said to tell you, He said that he doesn't see that thing anymore. He doesn't see that thing anymore. All he sees is the blood of the crucified Christ. All he sees is the blood of the crucified Christ.
SPEAKER_00If all I say is Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, that's more than enough. Do you know the song? Oh, if all I say is Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, that's more than enough. Oh, I love it. If all I say, if all I say is Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, that's more than enough. Oh, if all I say is Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, that's more than enough.
SPEAKER_01Thank you, Lord. He doesn't see that thing anymore. All he sees is what Jesus. An understanding of justification gives you confidence in the place of prayer. You are not asking for pity. When you come to the throne of grace, asking for pity, it shows that you don't understand, and worse, you don't honor the sacrifice of Jesus. When you come to the throne of grace, look at what Hebrews chapter 4, verse 16 says, Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. When you come looking for pity to the throne of grace, where Jesus has already presented his blood in the most holy place, it is because you don't understand the sacrifice of Jesus. But worse, what is an affront unto the sacrifice of Jesus is that you don't honor that sacrifice. When you are looking for pity, when you are always looking for pity, you don't understand and you don't honor the sacrifice of Jesus. I'm trying to tell you stop looking for people to pity you. That's what I'm trying to say. Stop asking for pity, you have been justified. The people that are looking for pity are people that have not been justified. Stop looking for pity. You have been somebody say I've been justified. Yes, you have been justified. I have been justified. When you are looking for pity, it shows that you do not honor the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. You don't honor that sacrifice. Who can bring a charge against God's elect? Romans chapter 8, verse 33 to 34. Who can bring a charge to God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died. And furthermore, he's also risen. Who is even at the right hand of God? Who also makes intercession for us? He makes intercession for us. He makes intercession for why? We are justified. Somebody say we are justified. Yes. Look at what it says. Therefore, brethren, having boldness, somebody say boldness. Yes. Having boldness to enter the holiest by the blood. How do we enter the holiest by the blood? You saw if Aaron and his children read this scripture, if Aaron, you know who Aaron was? The first, if he read this scripture, he would think it's a typo. His children would think that ah they made a mistake there. I think the scribe made a mistake there. How can you say boldness and holy? And in the same sentence, boldness and holyest? It's not possible. How did Aaron and his children? How did they enter the eoliest of all? Trembling. Because it wasn't certain that they were going to make it back alive. You know, they even tied something to their to their legs in case they in case the holiness of God struck them dead. Nobody can go in and bring, they have to pull them out. They entered trembling. Ah, father, if I've seen though, please have mercy on me. They will bring incense and everything. So it was with trepidation, utmost trepidation, that they entered the holest. This place is saying that you enter the holest with boldness. Aaron would have said, ah, you have you have to go and change that. That's not consistent with my experience. And I'm the I mean, when we are talking about priesthood in Israel, take Aaron's word for it. I said, if you are talking about priesthood in Israel, you better take Aaron's word for it. We don't come into the holest with boldness. But that's not the case for you and I. We come in with boldness. In fact, if you are coming in, if you are coming in with with um with shivering, God does not God does not like the company of timid people. God does not like the company of timid people. Honestly, God doesn't, he doesn't. And you can again, I can show you this through this through the scriptures. He doesn't like the company of timid people. He likes people who are bold, who knows what they want, who knows who they are. He likes to be in the company of such people. Look at what verse 20 says of Hebrews chapter 10. He says, by a new and living way, which he consecrated for us through the veil that is his flesh. And having a high priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart, with full assurance of faith. Somebody say assurance of faith. Say assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our buttons, our bodies washed with pure water. Verse 23, the last verse. Let us hold fast. Somebody say hold fast. The confession of our faith without wavering, for he who promised is what? Is faithful. He who promised is faithful. This is your lot as a justified child of God. This is your lot. God is not managing you, he wants you around him. I am not managing the presence of my children. It's a delight for me when they are around me most times. They didn't get the joke. I said it's a delight when my children are around me and anger with me. It's always a delight, most times. You know, the same way, God is not managing your presence. God is not managing your presence. He likes it when you come and anger with him. Justification is what tells us that we are complete in him. If you ever felt that you are not enough, I want to tell you today, you are enough. Justification is the confinement of the gift of righteousness on legal grounds. Is the confinement of the gift of righteousness on legal that is, this cannot be undone. That's what I'm trying to show you. It cannot be undone. The highest judge in the land, you know, you know, we have you know magistrate courts, um, county courts, and then high courts, and you move it up and up until you get to the supreme court. And once the supreme court rules over something, it's done. It's done. You can appeal, it should still come back to the supreme court. The highest judge of all, the judge of the whole universe, has made a declaration and is not about to change his mind. I'm saying your justification cannot be undone, it cannot be undone. Remember, the shape of the spiritual world is what it's legal and you can't continue to carry carry that feeling of guilt around. That feeling of guilt, it disables our faith and makes it impossible for us to please God. The feeling of guilt, what does what? It disables our faith and makes it impossible for us to please God. Justification drives out that feeling of guilt. If you keep carrying that feeling of guilt around, you will not be able to please God. You will not be able to please God without this assurance, you will not be able to please God. You will just be striving and toiling and working, and you'll be wondering why it's not working, you'll be toiling, you'll be wondering what's wrong because you need faith, you need faith to believe God for major things in your life. If you are believing God for major things, this justification is the foundation of this unshakable faith. Are you understand what I'm saying? Found justification is the foundation of your unshakable faith, and you need faith to believe God for major things in your life. Yes. You need faith to believe God for the impossible, you need faith, you need faith to attempt major things for God and his kingdom. It is through faith that will conquer kingdoms, it is through faith that will conquer circumstances. Faith makes you know that you deserve good things in your life. Do you understand what I'm saying? Yes. I'm saying that don't look for pity and then this faith that is based on your understanding of justification makes you know that you deserve the good things in life. Yes, yes. Why not you? Why can't you be the one that goes to shopping and and you don't have to look at the price tag? Why not you? Why not you? Why not you? Why not you? Why can't it be you? I mean, why can't it be you that you you you you marry a God-fearing man, a a good a good man that that will treat you right? Why not you? I mean, you don't have to marry somebody that will treat you like trash. No, you don't. Why not you? This is just this is what justification preaches to you. This is justification preaching to you now. You see, that is the sum of justification will be preaching to you that you deserve the best in life, you deserve the good things in life because God has justified you. Yes, he has justified you. You deserve to marry a proper child of God, not a riff raff. Yes, faith based on the understanding of justification, is what makes you know that you deserve the best in life, it gives you self-worth. Justification gives you self-worth. I can stand before God without any sense of guilt. Who else can I not stand before? It gives you self-worth. Let us be on our feet and begin to pray. Let's be on our feet and pray. I want us to thank God for being our justifier. I want you to thank God for being your justifier. Say, Lord, I thank you for being my justifier. Wow, thank you, Lord, for being my justifier. Thank you for being my justifier. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you for being my justifier. I give you praise. Thank you. I hold fast to this confession. I hold fast to this profession of faith that you are my justifier. Yes, I hold fast to it. Nothing can take it out of my hands. I am justified. Thank you, Lord. Thank you for being my justifier. Thank you for being my justifier. I give you praise. I give you glory. I give you praise. I give you glory. I hold fast to my confession that you are my justifier. I give you praise. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Now I want you to pray for the grace in the name of Jesus. To walk in the reality and to continue to honor the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. Yes, pray, pray for that. For the grace to honor to constantly honor the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross and to walk in that reality. Yes, Lord. Pray for that grace, a fresh grace to have a fresh perspective and to honor the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. Thank you, Lord. We give you praise, we give you glory, we give you praise, we give you glory.
